  • everything ok... Insyaallah
Mummy's Progress...
  • weight under control (terlewat sket control...hehehe)
  • terasa sangat berat... everytime nk bangun rasa mcm ahli angkat berat
  • makan mesti ada meja... bersila dah x leh tunduk...huhuhu
  • kaki ada sikit bengkak la...
  • wait for this Thursday for next check up... ( Insyaallah x da pa pa yeay...)
  • always craving for something sweettssss... and after attending the class i knew, klu asyik nk pepak ketui ais, nak makan kek... choc... bla bla bla... i should be more concern on my calcium and iron taking... sooo sugar2 and kek bla bla... sikit saja makan... focus on calcium and iron mummy!!
    • Calcium ~ susu dan berunsurkan tenusu spt cheese and youghurt (high in calcium), ikan sardin, soya, sayur hijau spt bayam n brocoli 
    • Iron ~ organ dalaman (hati,limpa), kerang, kupang, ikan bilis, ayam, daging, telur (telur separuh masak adalah tidak digalakkan sepanjang tempoh mengandung). Tau kua goreng, kacang kuda, kangkung, peria, bayam and pucuk paku.
  • my night is not as comfortable as before... but never mind, that's how it goes.

Till my next check up... will update more as i'm entering the 37th weeks soon.
