i've noticed that i ate toooo much unhealthy food... it's become a habit lately... i didn't control my diet at all and recently my mom noticed it (including my bro).... hehehehe.... this fella mmg hentam i klu gemuk.... kah kah kah...
i've decided to plan my diet well... x mo la ambik pil kurus ke pekebenda... just reduce my junk food...

Day 1
BREAKFAST
- 1 Orange, medium
- 1 Cup Skim Milk with oats + raisin + kurma
MORNING SNACK
- 1 Cup Cantaloupe Melon ... any fruits available in my freezer
LUNCH
- Beef & Noodle
- 1 Whole-Wheat Bread, small
- Plain water
- 1 Protein bar (Kalogss)
