:: 7 days healthier eating habits - Day 1::

Mula2... start 7 hari dulu.... 

i've noticed that i ate toooo much unhealthy food... it's become a habit lately... i didn't control my diet at all and recently my mom noticed it (including my bro).... hehehehe.... this fella mmg hentam i klu gemuk.... kah kah kah...

i've decided to plan my diet well... x mo la ambik pil kurus ke pekebenda... just reduce my junk food...

ok, let's get started !!!


  • Day 1

    BREAKFAST

    • 1 Orange, medium
    • 1 Cup Skim Milk with oats + raisin + kurma
  • MORNING SNACK

    • 1 Cup Cantaloupe Melon ... any fruits available in my freezer
  • LUNCH

    • Beef & Noodle
    • 1 Whole-Wheat Bread, small
    • Plain water
    • 1 Protein bar (Kalogss) 

  • AFTERNOON SNACK

    • 1 bowl of mix fruits 
    • Plain water/ juice
  • DINNER

    • 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice preferable... (nasi biasa jer in smaller quantity)
    • Roasted fish/ steam fish with veggies
    • 1/2 Banana, small .... any fruits....
